Careers

At the Regina Sports & Physiotherapy Clinic, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, but there are other key reasons why we are an employer of choice.

Opportunity

Beyond the opportunity to provide diverse musculoskeletal services, you will develop orthopaedic and manual therapy skills in a progressive and supportive environment. We encourage mentorship and learning. As such, we hold ongoing in-service and knowledge sharing sessions. Moreover, our support for our therapists’ professional development goals has included an education allowance and educational leave.

Integrity

We respect the recommendations of our own professionals in providing treatment. Where appropriate, we incorporate the patients’ ideas into treatment plans. We encourage and facilitate partnership that leads to measurable results. Unique in our approach is the Patient Representative. This employee’s role is to follow up with patients during treatment and after they have been discharged from our care. The goal is to monitor progress and satisfaction so that we can provide the best possible service to our patients.

Teamwork

At the Regina Sports & Physiotherapy Clinic, you will join a dynamic team representing diverse backgrounds. Our therapists have studied at institutions across Canada, as well as the United States and Great Britain. Through group learning opportunities, the diversity of our team’s training and approaches will enrich your professional experience.

We are continually looking to expand our team. If you are enticed by the opportunity that awaits you at Regina Sports & Physiotherapy Clinic, please apply to:
